Last Wednesday evening, I got the opportunity of joining some smart, lovely, creative women for a “Welcome Autumn” dinner in the woods alongside Lake Minnetonka. We met, shared stories, dined, laughed, indulged — it was an enchanted evening.

The group was made up of local entrepreneurs, bloggers, business owners, cooks, artists, fashionistas, event planners and makers; the host, a dear friend of mine and owner of La Vie Charmé Events. A talented local photographer came out to shoot the event, and the ladies wrapped themselves up in beautiful handmade scarves created by Jessie McShane, owner of Wool and Whiskey. It was a charming event designed to bring women of Minneapolis together, and I’m so excited to have been a part of it!
