It’s just an interesting item I found on the Fallon Planning Blog. The creator of this widget, Chicago-based MotiveQuest, claims that it’s measuring online advocacy as a measurement of the sentiment in the presidential election.
Great concept — unfortunately, MotiveQuest gives no information on how the measurement is being done and what metrics are in use. Lacking that, I can only classify this as an interesting bit of Internet ephemera that may or may not mean anything.
Blogging about nothing — not like anyone’s ever done that before.
