Snowmaritans

Some heroes wear parkas.

After every snowstorm emerges a group of heroes. They’re the neighbors who don’t stop at the end of their own sidewalk or driveway—they plow it forward.

We set out to honor these neighborhood “Snowmaritans” while showing off the run-time and power of Toro’s FlexForce battery-powered snow blowers. The concept was simple: know a Snowmaritan? Nominate them and Toro will not only reward them with a patch and certificate, but they’ll also have a chance to score the ultimate Snowmaritan-tested machine from Toro.

The Snowmaritans campaign came to life across digital, social, earned media, and in the aisles of Ace, The Home Depot and retailers everywhere. Storm after storm, thousands upon thousands of nominations poured in, breaking engagement records for Toro and showing that no matter how cold and snowy it gets, there’s always a Snowmaritan with a warm heart.
