Through Integrate, you’re exposed to, immersed in, and meaningfully contribute to all of the services our agency offers.
The beauty of our system? If you don’t know exactly what you want to do with your career on the first day of your job (or even if you think you do), you’ll learn to be dangerous in all areas of creative communications and consumer marketing, so you have a comprehensive understanding of how each discipline works in concert to deliver exceptional campaigns.
We want our designers to understand content. Our account people to know event planning. Our analytics team to be exposed to creative. The more you know about all of the facets that make up a modern agency, the better you’ll be at executing the big ideas that our clients have come to expect—and that truly move the needle.
Most Integrate candidates start with an immersive internship – during which you’ll contribute to real, meaningful work for world-class clients, from the moment you walk through the door. You’ll have a chance to figure out if agency life and Fast Horse are right for you. And we’ll get a chance to do the same.
If everything is hunky dory at the conclusion of your internship, and we think it will be, you’ll have an opportunity to be hired into our Integrate program as an Associate.
