Odwalla Turns Bonnaroo On Its Head

Thousands of music lovers will descend on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tenn., this weekend for the annual Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. Attendees will flock from around the country (and beyond) to take in performances from Kings of Leon, Dave Matthews Band, Stevie Wonder, Tenacious D, Jay-Z, Norah Jones, Tori Amos, Conan O’Brien – and the list goes on.

But it’s not the celebrity performers that our Odwalla clients are most interested in, it’s the attendees. Odwalla will be hosting the Fresh Experience Lounge, where nothing is ordinary.

Here, up is down and fans are the stars as Bonnaroo attendees perform in a unique “Odwalla Living Flavor Vending Machine” Performance Stage that is part vending machine, part performance stage. Visitors can chill out in the clouds while taking in performances at this first-of-its-kind stage. The stage will feature entertainment throughout the four-day festival and will include performances selected from “auditions” via the Odwalla “Ticket to Play” contest on Facebook.

Bonnaroo attendees also will have a chance to share their own talents – whether musical, dance or dance-like, spoken, artistic, a combination of these or another kind of original performance as long as it is unique, positive and entertaining – during open-mic auditions taking place in the Lounge throughout the festival.

If you’re headed to Bonnaroo, be sure to check out the Fresh Experience Lounge hosted by Odwalla. Or, if you’re not one of the approximately 80,000 people heading to Manchester, you still can check out the Odwalla Living Flavor Vending Machine performances on Odwalla’s Facebook page.

Who knows? Maybe one of the Odwalla Living Flavor Vending Machine performers will be a future Bonnaroo headliner.
