We seized on the summer solstice to remind the nation their favorite Dunkin’ Iced Coffee is now available in a bottle. And we did it in a way only a beloved brand like Dunkin’ could—by introducing Emergency Bottle Service for one day only.

Emergency Bottle Service street beacons placed around New York City let passersby order VIP service with the touch of a button. Voila! Seconds later, staff sporting tuxedo shirts waited on them hand and foot.


A rapidly made and deployed series of content, including a teaser video, gifs and influencer posts amplified the campaign on Dunkin’s popular social channels and beyond.
