Getting Ready For A Super Feast

January 31, 2013

With the big game right around the corner, my mind is on one thing and one thing only – what delicious snacks am I going to enjoy?

Yes, I love to watch the game – and hey, I can’t complain about the added intrigue of a little sibling rivalry – and of course, look forward to viewing all of the ads. But in order to fully enjoy all the aforementioned, I need some good grub to accompany me as I watch from the comforts of home.

Below are a few recipe suggestions for game day –- either to bring to a friend’s house or to enjoy with a party of one. Fair warning, none of them are diet-friendly but isn’t that what Super Bowl is all about?

47-Layer Dip – Because 7 is for wimps. If you start now, you can probably finish before Sunday.

Edible Stadium – This is sure to be a real crowd pleaser. That is, if you let your guests devour your work of art.
