Happy grapefruit month! February is the perfect time to celebrate this gorgeous, powerhouse jewel of a fruit. In the midst of winter, it delivers a much-needed dose of health: vitamin C to bolster the immune system against colds, antioxidants, increased metabolism to burn fat, and the bright, tangy scent for your mental health. I made this minimal, painted animation to show my favorite way to eat a grapefruit (also the best way).
