Fast Horse World Headquarters Construction: The Home Stretch

Rendering

I gave an update about construction progress on Fast Horse’s North Loop headquarters in my last Peepshow post. But now we’re only a few short weeks from the end of construction and, by year’s end, we’ll leave our temporary space in the Open Book building and move into spectacular new digs. To say the least, everybody here is very excited.

Construction is still a flurry of activity, with carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters putting the finishing touches on each of the four floors.  One of the recent highlights was taking delivery of a beautiful lot of maple and Douglas fir, each piece handcrafted in western Wisconsin’s Amish country by Herman Borntreger, who has supplied lumber for Jörg on a number of projects in recent years.

After seven months of construction — and given the number of details left to be completed — it’s hard to believe we’ll soon have the keys in hand. We can’t wait for you to visit!
